Before launch: get each business's OK to show its logo (the hotels' brand teams especially) and Chad's OK to use his photo. Common Salon has no logo yet because we couldn't find a website for them. Confirm they're still a client.
My recommendation is to allow Drew to work on anyone in our industry’s scissors.
Add 1–2 more quotes with photos, ideally from a chef (Atelier by Radex or Shells & Sauce) and a home cook.
Google reviews show up here once Drew has a Google Business Profile with a few reviews. Then add its Place ID and a Maps API key to js/config.js. The grey boxes below are layout placeholders only.
Reviews from Google Maps, most relevant first.
Drew Rust started Ishi Sharp to do sharpening properly: by hand, on Japanese water stones, with the angle matched to each tool. The name comes from the Japanese word for stone, which is where every edge he makes begins.
Stylist shears are finished on wet stones for a long-lasting edge. Knives are sharpened through several grits to the angle that suits how they're used, then polished and stropped.
Add a few lines from Drew: how long he's been sharpening, where he learned, and what he likes about the work.
No. Everything is by appointment, including drop-offs, because Drew is often out at salons and kitchens. Book a time online or text 303-579-5287 and he'll find a slot that works.
